The workshop was held at the IICT premises in Bl. 2, hall 228, on June 13th, 2024.

The event was opened by Prof. A. Karaivanova, a leader of EuroCC NCC-Bulgaria and presented the main objectives and expected achievements of the EuroCC-2 project. Two main presentations were included in the program of the workshop:

  • Vassil Alexandrov, “The Hartree National Centre for Digital Innovation: Latest developments and opportunities for collaboration”
  • Emanouil Atanassov, “The HPC Centre in IICT: New developments and perspectives”

The work of the seminar continued with an extensive discussion “Possibilities for cooperation” with moderator: Prof. A. Karaivanova. Scientists, researchers, doctoral students from IICT-BAS, FMI-SU, and UNWЕ and from the National Center for Digital Innovation in Hartree, Great Britain joined the discussions.

This workshop is the 4th event in the series of HPC collaboration workshops that started in the summer of 2022.
